Show Niels Lawrence Lund Dies At Home in Salt Lake j Niels Lawrence Lund, 68, of 2840 , Dearborn street, Salt Lake City, for eight years a gardner at the Salt Lake Country club, died at his residence Tuesday at 2 a. an; A native of Mt. Pleasant, Mr. Lund was born February 15, 1869 to Niels and Catherine Christen-sen Christen-sen Miller Lund. A member cf the L. D. S. church, he had served a mission to Denmark and was a graduate of Brigham Young university. uni-versity. He married Annie E. Carlson Carl-son in the Manti L. D. S. temple in 1891. Surviving are his widow, four sons, Royal Lawrence and Hugh Lund, Salt Lake City; C. Dewey Lund and Reed J. Lund, Center-field; Center-field; two daughters, Mrs. Esther Coles cf Ogden and Margaret Lund of Salt Lake City; 22 grandchildren; grandchil-dren; a brother, Wilford Lund, Ro-setta, Ro-setta, Utah; and two sisters, Mrs. Tina Newman, Twin Falls, Idaho, and Mrs. Millie Murphy, Salt Lake City. A brother, Peter Lund passed pass-ed away October 30th. Funeral services will be conducts ed Friday at 12:30 p. m. in the Highland Park L. D. S. ward chapel with Bish.ip Clarence Tingey officiating. offic-iating. Interment will be in the Wasatch Lawn Burial park. |
