After a pleasant social af-t.rr.oon af-t.rr.oon a delicious dinner was served serv-ed Mr. and Mrs. Earl Bailey moved r.e Moroni this week where they are leev.i.g on Main Street hi the home owned by Mrs. Jennie Hutchison. The Home Eccucmios club, with Mrs. Cleo Nielson as President, L mak'ng big piano and everythhing is in readiness for their annual Strawberry Festival, which will takt place on Friday, June 14th. A splendid splen-did program will be given at 2 p. m. in the Municipal Hall after which a banquet will be serbed to all members and their partners. In the evening a dance will be onjoyed in the even air dance hall, with music mu-sic funished by the Nephi orchestra. Mrs. Adral Vance and children cf Fairview have moved into part of the home belonging to Ernest Nielsen where they will live this summer while her husband is at the CCC Camp. 98 per cent of the Stake Primary officers' of Moroni Stake' as well as a largci number of localoffioers from the different wards attend d the Juns couvention at Sa t Lake City last week end. The M. I. A. alsa had a good representation there and all report having spent a most profitable prof-itable time. Mrs. Fermin Brady and daughter of Spani h Fork are visiting for a we.'ek with her father, Hyrum N. Hansen. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Aagardi have moved into the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Coulson. Mrs. Neldora Young and daughter of Fairview are visitinj for a few days with her mothior, Mrs. Thora Robertson. Mrs. Laura. Llewellyn returned home Tueeday fom Ely, Nevada where she ha:; been for the past five weeieks. |
