Dr. Bejnnion's addreis has not been announced as yet but Governor Blood will speak on "Utah's Need for Safety" which is in accordance with the thsme of this j ear's convention of "Traffic Safety. ' Mayor W. L. Warner of Richfield, who is also general chairman cf the ccwrnt'on comm'tte? will preside at the Monday night meeting and introduce Governor Blood. Awarding Award-ing of prizes to the various clubs and members by Gilbert L. Stanton of Caldwell, Idaho, governor of the Idaho division and Governor Thornton Thorn-ton and musical selections will be otter numbers oi.i the program. Governor Thornton will preside at the Monday afternoon session with community s'nging being led by Lion George Stoddard of the Rishmcnd club. A safety ocmm'tfca; repojt by Chairman D. A. Skeen, Salt Lake City attorney, will be- cne of the leatures of the session. The annual financial report of district 28 U will be given "by W. Frank Johnson of Provo, with Governor Thornton giving the annual governor's gover-nor's repcrot. A plain for establishing a state department of educational safety to be financed by state funds and probably directed by the state road commission is expected to feature Chairman Skeen's safety report.
