Miner, Louie Miner and Mrs. Eflie Jrvivs of Fairview attendd the Miner reunion at Springville this week. Mrs. Ellis Coombs and Mrs. Neola Olsen went to Provo to attend the exercises at the B. Y. V. Bi Jhop and Mrs. H. W. Jones went to Elko, Nevada last week where they met and visited with their son, Ted Jones, who is in the California missioni. Mr. Merlin Madsen will be the principal cf the Fairview high school the ccmlng year. He takes the place of Mr. Merrill Sandberg. The North Bend Camp of the Daughters cf the Pioneers will hold their June meeting at the N. B. Pritchett home June 10th with the following program: A history of Mrei. Ann Kathrine; Kofo d Hansen Cox, given by her granddaughter, Mrs. Helen Graham. Seng directed by Mrs. Ellis Madsen. Reading by Hananh Hcwell. Acccrdian solo, Mrs. Mary Larsen. Instrumental muse by Devon Sanderson and Co. Reading by Elvira Rigby. As this is the last meeting of the sea' on the president desires all members to be present to discus;, summer projects of the D. U. P. Mr?. Sadie Block of Nevada and Mrs. James Larsen of Salt Lake visited vis-ited at the home cf Bishop and Mrs. H. W. Jonei this week. Mr. and Mrs. Rex Larsen of Provo visited relatibes here the pa't week. Mrs. Dora Sanderson of Hinckley also vis' ted in Fairbiew. |
