Show Ferroii CCC Camp News Mr. J. W. Humphrey. Manti Forest For-est Supe. visor, while cn a short visit to Camp F-ll. Ferrcn, gave a very interesting lecture to the forestry for-estry class. Mr. Ferd Rosenlnud, who regularly conducts the class in lorestry, is on a six-day leave of absence and will not return tJ Camp ui:til August 23rd. On August 12th, when Mr. Stewart Stew-art Udell, Regional Engineer, visited vis-ited Camp F-ll, Mr. Cheney's class in Read Construction was favored with a lecture from an expert road engineer. Mr. Udell sjxjke of methods meth-ods cf surveying for road location. Mr. Calvin Sudweetcs, foreman and camp mechanic, now on a six day leave cf absence, will take his family to Zion National Park for a short vacation before returning t3 work on Monday, August 23rd. This week Lieutenant Keil, the camp surgeon, tcok enrollees Chris Nielsen and Clive Worthen to the P. ice City hcspital for treatment. |
