Show CITY COUNCIL BUSINESS At the city council meeting held last Monday night, a letter from City Judge C. O. Newman was read to the effect the City Court will be held on Mondays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. until un-til 12 noon. The schedule was made a part of the official minutes min-utes of the meeting. A plan, detailing the department depart-ment divisions and the remodeling remodel-ing of the newly acquired building build-ing for the Fire, Sewer and Water Wat-er Departments was presented by Fire Chief Ford West and Bud Conway. The council approved the plan and authorized immediate immed-iate activity to consumate the projeot. Also at Monday night's meeting meet-ing William Green was officially appointed to act as City Pound-keeper. Pound-keeper. It will be his duty to take care, keep records and collect col-lect charges on all estray animals delivered to his corral. The community correlation program initiated by Stewart Durrant, part-time secretary of the American Fork Chamber of Commerce, was reviewed by the Mayor and City Council. The program is one of mutually correlating the activities of the North End Utah County cities to the advantage of all concerned. Mayors and President of the Chamber of Commerce of these communities will attend a preliminary pre-liminary meeting soon.
