BUCKLE Reception Monday Planned for Lehi Girl After Marriage in Idaho Falls Of interest to friends in two states comes the announcement of the approaching marriage of Wanda L. Buckle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Grant E. Littleford, to Gary H. Findlay of Smoot, Wyoming. Mr. Findlay is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Findlay. The ceremony will be pea-formed in the Idaho Fails Temple, Friday, Fri-day, August 28. An open house reception will honor the couple Monday, Aug. 31 in the Lehi First-Sixth Ward church. Everyone is invited to abtend. No other invitations will be issued. Receiving will be from 8 to 9:30 p.m. Chorister in the First Ward Sunday School, the prospective bride has also served as organist and was a member of the Stake Sunday School Board. Secretary of the First Ward choir, she has also served as MIA speech director. direc-tor. She has been employed dental assistant to Dr. Phillip Spjut for the past four years.- A graduate of thet Star Valxy High School, Mr. Findlay serw-! with the armed forces and spe.'!. two and a half years in the Sa-moan Sa-moan Mission. Scoutmaster in the Smoot Ward, he teaches a class in Sunday School. He is studying mechanics at Central Utah Vocational School. The couple will make their home in Wyoming for the present. They plan to-return to this area at the beginning of the college season. |
