Show Legion Convention In Springville Held Lctst Friday Eleven Pleasant Grove Legiun-aires Legiun-aires and ladies attended the District Dis-trict IV American Legion Convention, Con-vention, held at Springville last Friday night Representing the local Post 70 and Auxiliary Unit 70 were Commander and Mrs. J. Milton Adamson, First Vice Commander and Mi's. William J. Peterson, 2nd Vice Commander & Mrs. Glen Matthews, Departmetn of Utah Vice Commander and Mrs. Don Mack Dalton, Unit 70 President, Mrs. Karl Banks, Service Ser-vice officer Viron Washburn, Unit Un-it 70 Auxiliary Secretary Margie Atwood and Adjutant Karl Banks. Heading the delegation of De partment of Utah officers who attended the Spring"ville convention conven-tion were Commander Bill Chris-tofferson Chris-tofferson and Auxiliary President Mrs. Elva Wignall. Oither Department Depart-ment visitors were Dean Hall, adjutant; ad-jutant; Lloyd WigTiall, field service ser-vice officer; Lyle Gunderson, state committeeman; Bill Bills, Boys State secretary; Ruby Famsworth, auxiliary secretary and lima Sutteer, auxiliary vice president. In the Legion section meeting, Commander Ohristofferson stressed stress-ed membership and the benefits to be obtained in legislative efforts ef-forts of the National organization. organiza-tion.
