Show 1 Local News Marion Hatch returned home Monday from the St. Marks hospital hos-pital and is doing nicely after being subjected wto a major operation oper-ation on October 22nd. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Meredith and family spent Sunday in Beaver. Beav-er. Mrs. Meedith remained in - Beaver this week on account of the death of an aunt. To gladden the home of Clayton and Jeanne Elsberry Wright, a baby boy arrived Nov. 2, at the American Fork hospital. Grandparents Grand-parents are Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Wright and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Elsberry. Thos. H. Gleason and Mr. and Mrs. Archie Maxfield had as their guests Sunday, their nephew and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Marion Rogers Rog-ers of Snowflake, Arizona, who are leaving to fill a LDS mission ot the New England States. Also Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Larson of Phoenix, Arizona, who are leaving for a mission to the Hawaiian Islands. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Rogers and Mr. and Pat Larson, all of Snowflake, Arizona, were Sunday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. C. Smith. The out-of-state couples were enroute to the L. D. S.. Mission Mis-sion home in Salt Lake City, where they will train for the missionary mis-sionary work. Mr. and Mrs. Rogers Rog-ers have accepted a call to the Eastern States mission, while Mr. and Mrs. Larson will serve in the Hawaiian mission. |
