Show Parents Announce Engagement Of Their Daughter Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Edwards of Spanish Fork announce the engagement en-gagement and approaching marriage marri-age of their daughter JoAnn, and John Gourley, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Gourley of Pleasant Grove. The marriage will be solemnized on November 6th in the Mesa L. D. S. temple. Th bride .to be with her parents and Mr. and Mrs. Gourley left here Thursday morning for Mesa, where they will meet the pros-i pros-i pective groom, who will fly from Fort Hood .Texas, where he is currently staitoned. with the 145 Artillery Battalion, U. S. army. Following the temple marriage, the newly weds will make their home in Texas. The future Mrs. Gourley, who is a graduate of the Spanish Fork High School and L. D. S. Seminary, Semin-ary, was honored at a prenuptial party Tuesday evening, by her mother and Mrs. Isaac Taylor at the Taylor home in Spanish Fork, where wonderful roses and soft lighting added charm and romance. roman-ce. Refreshments were served and lovely gifts presented to the beautiful beau-tiful bride- elect. Local people attending were: Mrs. David Gourley, Mrs. Rex Gourley, Mrs. Richard Gourley, Mrs. Romona G.
