Show Local News j Mr. and Mrs. Melvin McDaniel of Salt Lake City, visited here on Sunday, with Mr. and Mrs. Wm. J. Peterson and Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Robertson. Lyman Robetrson left Sunday for Denver, where on Monday, he registered at the University of Denver. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Pearce left Wednesday morning for Alberta, Canada, where they will spend 2 weeks vacationing with relatives. Mrs. Isabell S. Johnson of Salt Lake City spent Tuesday and Wednesday here with her mother Mrs. Christina SLeggell. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Fentcn have returned from a two weekks trip to Susanville, California where they visited their daughter and son-in-law, Forrest and Elaine Fenton Smith and family. Mrs. Margaret M. Dudson of Roberts, Idaho, has been visiting here with her daughter and son in law Mr. and Mrs. Jack Slater and family, and called on other relatives and friends. Chicken dinner followed by an evening of fun, reminescing and relaxation was enjoyed Thursday evening by a group of close friends at the at the Cave Camp. They were Mr. and Lloyd Gray, Mr. and Mrs. C. R .Clark, Mr. and Mrs. Byron Adamson, Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Adamson, Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Robertson, Mr. and Mrs. Bazil Walker, and Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Hilton. Mr. and Mrs. Ken Taylor and daughter Terry have returned from Kansas City, wheer they have visited the last ten months while Mr. Taylor has attended school. Mrs. Bert Robbins ofg Santa-quin, Santa-quin, visited the past week with her son in law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Garland Clark and family. fam-ily. Miss Joyce Allen of Salt Lake City spent the weekend with her family here. On Sunday evening I her mother had a surprise for her. Games were played and refreshments refresh-ments served. Joyce received many nice gifts. Those present besides Joyce and LaPreal Allen were La-Von La-Von Adamson, Alice Lunceford, Colleen Morrill, Jean Garlick, Mary Lou Morgan, Roberta Roberts and Leora Roberts. Mrs. Emma F. Smith and daughter daugh-ter Vervene Smith of Salt Lake City, spent the week end here visiting vis-iting Mrs. Smith's sisters Miss Es-telle Es-telle Fenton and Mrs. Maude Richards Rich-ards and family and her brothers Thomas and Richard Fenton and families. Sunday they were dinner din-ner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Harry S. Richards. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Smith of Oakland, California, Mrs. Lucile Smith Harding of Burley Idaho, Visited ten days with their sister and brother in law Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Morgan. Other guests whose visits were of shorter duration dur-ation were Mr. and Mrs. Owen R. ! Smith of Milford. The family group also come to visit with their sister Mrs. Florence S. Lundstrom at the L. D. S. hospital in Salt Lake City |
