The franking frank-ing privilege was first granted in the United States in January, 1776, to the soldiers engaged in the American Amer-ican War of Independence. Lively Age Forty-three per cent of all injuries inju-ries in school buildings were to children chil-dren in the seventh to ninth grades, although these children make up only 24 per cent of the total enrollment. |
