Show School Orchestra Honors Teacher Miss Betha Storrs was the honored honor-ed guest at a surprise testimonial given Tuesday afternoon at the school auditorium by members of the Central school orchestra, of which she is director. The entertainment featured games a program, and refreshments which included a large and artistically decorated dec-orated birthday cake. The party was arranged bv a general committee: Doris Wadley, Diane Thorne and Carol Walker. In charge of refreshments were Diane Thorne, Carol Walker and Elaine Olpin. The program which included the following numbers was planned by Doris Wadley, Ann Alene Jacobs and Raquel Adamson. Song by Leon Storrs; reading, Eloise Shields; duet, Ann Alene Jacobs and Raquel Adam-son, Adam-son, with violin accompaniment by Elaine Olpin and Dianne Thorne; piano solos, Miss Storrs, Annalene Jacobs and Alene Rasmusson. Students were assisted by Principal Princi-pal Merrill and Mrs. Nellie Adam-son. Adam-son. Special guests were the parents of Miss Storrs, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Storrs, of American Fork. o |
