The allotment of these funds will enable the city to proceed with the . preparation of detailed drawings and specifications for the proposed facilities. The project includes approximately M, 900 feet of 4 to lOinch sewer lines and a sewage treatment plant. According to the city's application to the Bureau of Community Facilities, construction construct-ion will begin within the next year. The $6,000 advanced by the government gov-ernment for planning purposes will be repaid without interest when construction is started. H. C.
