Show Farmers Approve Bull Block Plan; Meeting Tuesday Details of the organization of a local bull block will be discussed at a meeting of dairy cattle owners next Tuesday, it was announced this week by S. R. Boswell, county agricultural agri-cultural agent, after a survey of the district showed sufficient support for the plan. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 9, at 8 o'clock, in the American Fork city hall. Dairy cattle cat-tle owners who are interested are invited to attend the meeting, or to see Jesse Spafford or Daniel Jorgensen Jor-gensen for further details. Farmers of this district were visited visit-ed Monday by DeVon Stewart of the Farm Security Administration, County Agent S. R. Boswell, Mr. Spafford and Mr. Jorgensen. The plan to purchase a bull on a cooperative coop-erative basis was found to have a great deal of support, with six sponsors spon-sors and a dozen users signing up Monday. The majority of those contacted preferred the purchase of a Jersey bull. At the meeting Tuesday nigfit, Lyman H. Rich, dairy specialist sf the Utah State Agricultural college, will be present to explain the organization organ-ization of a bull block, and to discuss dis-cuss the benefits to be derived from a cooperative undertaking of this ! kind.
