Show CHURCH CARNIVAL SATURDAY The big carnival for the Third ward, sponsored by the activity committee, com-mittee, is to be held next Saturday, October 9th, at the chapel and grounds. There will be a pet parade with prizes, races with prizes, clowns a fi.'.h pond and other attractions. Refreshments of all kinds will be sold and a jolly time is expected. Proceeds will be used to pay for ward maintenance and it is hoped that everyone will come out. Children Chil-dren are expected to bring pets, clogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, white mice, dolls or what have you. All will be made welcome. At night a good lively dance will be had for the grownups. Get out and limber up for the cold season. Howard Paxman's fine orchestra will furni:,h music and throw in a few of the good old time variety. PJveryone, everywhere, invited. |
