Show Five xVrrests Made During Past Week Two speeders, two theft cases and one liquor case were handled in the City court the past week. City Marshal McNeill picked up a flagrant speeder Tuesday just at the noon hour, who drove his car thru Main street at an excessive speed endangering the lives of local school children. He was Theodore Peterson Peter-son of 'WocKiscross and gave the excuse ex-cuse that he was attempting to overtake a truck. His fine was $5.00. Boyd A. Reese, Ogden, also paid $3.00 on a speeding charge. Two youths were arrested for stealing gas from cars near the First ward and paid fines of $10.00 each. Charles H. Reese was arrested on December 5th for giving liquor to a minor girl. His fine was suspended. r |
