Show ! Ten Years Ago j t Now (Taken from files of August 11, 1923) News of the death of Mrs. Luke Cullimore of Lindon Sunday night was heard with sorrow in the two Lindon wards, and American Fork. She was married December 20, 1922. Funeral services were held in the Lindon First ward Wednesday at 2 o'clock. Bishop A. L. Cullimore was in charge. Ten Years Ago Now A fire on the roof of the home of Wm. Gillman Thursday burned a hole about ten feet across. Sparks from the chimney caused the blaze. Ten Years Ago Now Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Clark are the lucky parents of twin girls, born Tuesday morning. Ten Years Ago Now The Third ward held an outing at Geneva Wednesday. Fully two-thirds two-thirds of the ward was in attendance. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. M. Hone announce an-nounce the engagement of their daughter Ida to Rulon W. Brimhall Sf Mesa, Arizona, the marriage to take place August 22nd in the Salt Lake temple. Ten Years Ago Now Fred E. Bellows of Bingham died in the Provo hospital Monday morning morn-ing as the result of an automobile accident Sunday evening at 6 o'clock near the Lindon Second ward meeting meet-ing house, where the Geneva road intersects the State Highway. Mr. Bellows' car was struck by a car driven at excessive speed by a Provo youth. |
