To be sold at sheriff's sale at eleven o'clock a. m., March 20, 1939, at front door of Courthouse in Provo, Utah, the lands, situated in aforesaid afore-said County and particularly described des-cribed as follows : PARCEL 1: Commencing at a point 31.62 chains North of the center of Section 33, Township 5 South, Range 2 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, running thence East 21.14 chains to a road; thence South 24 East 6.30 chains; thence West 19.98 chains to the State Road; thence North 40" West along State Road, 7.96 chains, more or less, to a point 0.90 chains West of the place of beginning; thence East 0.90 chains to the place of beginning; containing contain-ing 12.25 acres, more or less. PARCEL 2: Commencing at a point 12 rods and 12 feet North and 8 rods West of the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of Section 28, Township 5 South, Range 2 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; thence South 81 30' West 37 rods 9 feet, more or less, to the East V.rt.nw. The property described herein contains 18.47 acres, more or less. Together witht the following described des-cribed water stock: 20 shares of the capital stock of Pleasant Grove Irrigation Company, primary, said shares being represented by Certificate Certifi-cate No. 58, and 6 shares of the capital stock of Pleasant Grove Ir-ritraHnn Ir-ritraHnn nnmnpnv nrimnrv said Ill&CVUiVi.i , f i shares being represented by Certificate Certifi-cate No. 477.
