Adamson and family spent Thanksgiving day in Pleasant Grove at the home of Mrs. Adamson's mother, Mrs. Pearl Wad-ley. Wad-ley. Four classes in the Second ward Primary spent their class period Tuesday afternoon distributing baskets bas-kets of fruit as Thanksgiving gifts to elderly people in the ward. Mrs. Sadie Bromley entertained at her club rooms for Miss Janet and Charles Joy, son and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Joy of Salt Lake City, Saturday night after af-ter the dance. The guests were members of the U. of U. football team and their partners. Miss Beth Green and Mr. Harry Butte were guests from here. Mrs. Agnes Davis moved into the jMonsou apartments last week. The various classes of the Adult Education have all been postponed until after the holidays, with the exception of Mrs. Marcelle Hawkin's sewing classes on Thursday afternoon after-noon from 2 until 5 p. m. ! Miss Kady Dunkley entertained Mrs. LaRee Van Wagoner was hostess to the members of the Ladies Literary club at her home last Monday Mon-day night at a "pot luck" party. C, spent Thanksgiving at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Laurence Briggs. Dr. and Mrs. M. L. Crandall and family of Salt Lake City, Mr. and Mrs. William Householder, Dick Cave of Idaho, were guests at dinner din-ner on Thanksgiving day at the home of Mrs. E. J. McCleery. Games were enjoyed with Mrs. Libbie Var-ney Var-ney winning high score club prize and Mrs. Alice Dunkley the guest prize. A delicious lunch was served late in the afternoon.
