Show j Ten Years Ago j Now j (Taken from files of May 3, 1924) Ten Years Ago Now Commencement exercises for the graduates of the high school of Pleasant Grove will be held Friday evening, May 23rd, in the high school auditorium. Forty-five young men and women will receive their diplomas. Miss Zelda Nelson will be the valedictorian, her percentage for the four years averaging 93. Ten Years Ago Now Mr. ar.d Mrs. Curtis Gordon are the proui parents of a baby boy, born Tuesday. Ten Years Ago Now L. S. Dial was named night watchman watch-man for Pleasant Grove City by the Mayor and began work on May 1st. Ten Years Ago Now An educational trip was taken Friday by the Junior high school to Salt Lake. Among the many places of Interest visited were the State Capitol building, Deseret News, McDonalds Candy Co., Museum, Mus-eum, and Tabernacle, an organ recital re-cital being enjoyed at the latter place.
