Show P.-T. A. NOTES Founders Day will be observed at the high school Wednesday evening, February 17th at 7:30 p. m., under the direction of the local Parent-Teachers Parent-Teachers organization. A candle-lighting candle-lighting ceremony will be an interesting inter-esting event of the evening. Other numbers will be given and light refreshments re-freshments served. The P.-T. A. officers extend a hearty welcome and invite all parents par-ents of school children to join with them on this occasion. Next Monday afternoon at 2:30 over K S L another splendid shot program w.ll be broadcast and neighbors are urged to get together to discuss the problems brought out on this state P.-T. A program. Next Monday's subject will be "How Can Parents Kelp a Child Succeed in School?" Last Monday's program was "Child problems, how to get a child to sleep well, etc." These programs are very helpful and it is hoped that the parents will "listen in" and get this expert help. The P.-T. A. of the lower grades met Monday afternoon at the Central Cen-tral school office and discussed problems and plans for their Founders Foun-ders Day program. I o |
