Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS STATE OF UTAH, OFFICE OF STATE ROAD COMMISSION, SALT lLAKE CITY, UTAH. JULY 22nd, 1933. Sealed bids will be received by the State Road Commission of Utah,! State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, : at 2 o'clock p. m. Monday, August 7th. 1933, and at that time publicly opened for construction of a concrete con-crete paved road in Utah County j the same being N.R.H. Project No. 124-A I N.R.M. Project No. 124-B at American Fork. The length of road to be constructed construct-ed or improved, is 1.048 miles, and the principal items of work are approximately approxi-mately as follows: Concrete Pavement, Pave-ment, 13,320 square yards. The attention1 of bidders is directed direct-ed to the Special Provisions covering subletting or assigning the contract and to the use of Domestic Materials. The minimum wage paid to all skilled labor employed on this contract con-tract shall be 60 cents per hour. The minimum wage paid to all unskilled un-skilled labor employed on this contract con-tract shall be 50 cents per hour. Plans and specifications are on file in the office of the State Road Commission, Com-mission, Salt Lake City, where they may be reviewed by prospective bidders. bid-ders. Specifications, proposal, bidding bid-ding blanks and plans will be furnished fur-nished at Salt Lake City, on depositing deposit-ing $5.00, which will be returned, providing contractor submits an acceptable ac-ceptable bid and returns the plans within seven days after bids are received. Any additional information may be secured at the office of the State Road Commission. Each bidder bid-der must submit a letter from an approved surety company guaranteeing guarantee-ing to furnish said bidder with required re-quired bond. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved. Cash, certified check, or cashier's check for five per cent of total amount of bid made payable to the State Road Commission must accompany ac-company each bid as evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and give bond as required.
