Show School Problems To Be Discussed On Visitors' Day Parents of junior and senior high school students will have the opportunity oppor-tunity of discussing school problems prob-lems with teachers, at the annual visiting day at the school, Friday, March 1. The day's ' activities will begin at 9:30 a. m., when a short devotional period will be held, and when the visitors will receive instructions for the day. This will be followed by a two-hour cnosultation period, during dur-ing which the parents may discuss their children's problems with the teachers. A half-hour demonstration demonstra-tion period will then be held. During the lunch period, the visitors visi-tors will be entertained by the junior high school band, under direction di-rection of Kenneth J. Bird. The school will serve part of the meal, to go with lunches brought by the visitors. At 8:15 a meeting of parents and teachers will be held, with Mark K. Allen, assistant superintendent of the Utah State Training school as guest speaker. "We wish to urge all school patrons pa-trons to set this day aside for a visit to the school, in order that they may see what is being done, and to learn how they can contribute contrib-ute further to the welfare and progress prog-ress of their children," said Principal Princi-pal Jesse M. Walker, in announcing the visiting day. |
