Show Bee Hive Girls Program Set For Sunday In commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the organization of the Bee Hive work the six wards of the Alpine Stake will meet in the tabernacle next Sunday night. The strand and Mrs. Haydee Iverson, have arranged a very interesting program. pro-gram. The opening song will be the Bee Hive cheer song by the girls of the stake. Following prayer by a girl from the Highland ward the group will sing the Song of Joy. An address of welcome will be given by Mrs. Seastrand, then one of the girls will give a talk on the organization of the Bee Hive, ending with the group singing "The Call of Womanhood". The general plan and the Bee Hive Call will be given, also, a talk by a Builder and a dialogue on symbolism. The Spirit of the Hive will be dramatized dra-matized and the pledge given followed follow-ed by a -talk by a Gatherer and the Honey Gatherers Song. The Cycle of Life will be given by a Guardian. The Guardians will make their formatian to receive their certificate of graduation and to participate in the flag ceremony. The Guardians of the stake graduating grad-uating are: First Ward Dorothy Greenwood, Helen Smith, Ruth Woodhouse, Norma Durrant, Donna Lou Davis, Betty Ann Laursen and Jean Okey. The Second ward Edith Anderson, Alice Ashton, Donna Chipman, Naomi Crystal, Ruth Gaisford Gais-ford and Ruby Harrington. Third ward Katherine Holindrake, Evelyn Peck, Rose Hicks, Mildred Anderson and Mary Jane Jacklin. Fourth ward Maxine Robinson, Thelma Burtin, Elaine Smith, Delia Giles, Sarah Barrett, Ruth Harmon, Ruby Gardner, Florine Evans, Elma Robinson Rob-inson and LaRee Cox. Alpine Fem Wilkins, Fern Clark, Elva Bateman, L. Dean Terry, Mae Clark , Mary Dunsdon. Aftin TVvpv and F?nfnp Healey. During the next week some of the hand work of these girls will be put on display in the windows of the Chipman Mercantile Company. o |
