Show SECOND WARD M. I- A. GIVE SUCCESSFUL PARTY On Tuesday evening the officers and teachers of the Second ward M. L A- entertained at a very successful success-ful Hallowe'en social and dance. The amusement hall was decorated with Jack O' Lanterns, un-husked corn and motifs of the Hallowe'en season. The guests were received at the east entrance and had to follow fol-low a string1 through darkened basement base-ment class rooms, finally finding themselves at the rear basement door and finally to the amusement hall. There was every kind of a costume cos-tume one could imagine- The prizes lux uic uksi uiiaracier ngures were won by Lee Peterson, "The Hobo," and Mrs. Golden Peay, "Red Riding-hood." Riding-hood." Other especially funny characters char-acters were Mercele and Zona Farr, Mexican Peasant girls; Elta and Al-da Al-da Clark, the Gold Dust Twins"; Audrey Swenson, Pirates costume; Mrs. Lee Peterson and Mrs. Glade Linebaugh as Gypsies; Vern Culli-mcxre, Culli-mcxre, Dutchman. Dr. Jensen's poverty was depicted by a very noticeable no-ticeable "patch," and caused much comment. Laura Robertson, Rho-da Rho-da Clark, Mrs. Vern Cullimore, Mrs-LeRoy Mrs-LeRoy Thorne, Mrs. C. O. Jensen, Mrs. Paul Adamson, - Mrs. Robert Marrott and many other costumed figures helped to make the dance floor a riot of color and a laughing merry throng.
