Show Men's league all tied up The men's P.G. Recreation basketball bas-ketball league is in full swing now. With nine teams participating, the level of talent is such that when tournament play begins the teams will be divided into upper and lower divisions to keep the competition consistent. Walker OilLindon Precision defeated Steve Clifford Motors, 79-69. 79-69. Brett Frampton hit for 24 points on the winning side while Mark Haggard scored 25 for the losing team. In the second game, Bull Richards had 23 points for the Kinsmen as they sank Southam Warburton, 80-57. Mark Prothero scored 21 for SouthamWarburton. Panda Homes came out on top of a match-up with P.D. Builders, 91-46. 91-46. Mitch McCuiston hit for 21 points in the victory. Big John Campbell scored 24, including 4-3 pointers for P.D. Builders. The next games will be played at the high school, Wednesday, January 11, beginning at 6:30 P.M.
