Boley I - k I : - Ralph Waldo Worlton, 72, of St. George, died at Dixie Medical Center early Saturday morning .Ian. 7, 1989. He was born March 4, 1916 in Lehi, to Fredrick Daniel and Lena Verl Sowards Worlton. He married Maureen Harrison Feb. 2, 19:58 in I'rovo. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He was reared and educated in Lehi. He had resided in Lehi until moving to St. George in 1982. He had been a supervisor at U.S. Steel at Geneva, employed at ZCMI for 10 years and owned and he Scouts and Young Men's organi.alion. At the time of his death he was a High Priest. He is survived by his wile of St. George; Ihree sons: Fredrick Ralph and Thomas Hastings Worlton. both of Sandy; Robert W. Worlton, Rochester. Minn.; eight grand-children; a brother, Dean T. Worlton, Lehi. A brother. Dan, preceded him in death. Funeral services were held Tuesday, .Jan. 10, at 10 a.m. in the Wing Mortuary Chapel in Lehi. Burial was in the Lehi City Cemetery. U Margery Adeline Peterson Boley, 85, died Jan. 7, 1989 in Provo. iai She was born Aug. 19, ne 1903 in Lehi, to David ' and Margery Alice I U Smith Peterson. She pt married Davis Boley Dec. 9, 1926 in Salt Lake City. The marriage was later solemnized in the jj: Salt Lake LDS Temple. ' He died June 5, 1968. She was an active member of the LDS Church. She served 40 years as a visiting teacher and several years as a Primary teacher. She was a member of the American Fork Old Folks Committee. She loved gardening and handwork. She is survived by four daughters: Mrs. Sam (Elaine) Kopp, Provo; Mrs. Louis (Jean) McCandless, Orem; Lucille Hayes, Ephraim; Mrs. Ray (Aria) Thomas, Mid-val- 16 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; a sister, Evelyn Wof-finde- Lehi. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 11, at 11 a.m. in the American Fork 17th Ward, 240 S. Center. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to services. Michael, later i divorced; married Roy Bell Sieferd Sr., later divorced. She married Robert Richard Allen Oct. 21, 1961 in Mexico. He died June 21, 1977. She was a homemaker and a member of the LDS Church. Survivors include two sons and two daughters: Roy Bell Sieferd, Jr., Raymond Lewis Sieferd and Reta L. Allen, all of California; Carol Ann Michael, Lehi; three grandchildren; one brother, Elden Newton, Arkansas. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 11, 1989 at the 11 a.m. in the Lehi City Cemetery under the direction of Wing Mortuary. John Kenneth McKinney, American Fork, 84, died Tuesday, Jan. :s, 1989 in West Valley City. He was born Nov. 21. 1904 in Kenneth, Kansas, to Oliver Perry and Mayme Gill Garten McKinney. He married Hazel Marion Hunick May 10, 1931 in In-dependence, Mo. She died Oct. 12, 1974. He married Viola Gertrude Dubois April 4, 1975 in American Fork. He served 20 years with the Kansas City Transit Service. He served 20 years with the Postal Service. He was a veteran of World War II. He was a 33rd Degree Mason, past master of Overland Park Masonic Lodge, past worthy patron of Overland Park Chapter of Eastern Star. He was a member of the LDS Church. He is survived by his wife. The marriage ' was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was a cement mason, a rock hound and outdoorsman, loved gardening, hunting and fishing. He served along with his wife, an LDS j mission in Atlanta, Ga. J He was a former Oral Wilford, Orem; Mrs. Jack (Nataulia) Adams, Montpelier, Ida.; Mrs. Arcona (Connie) Udell of Willard, Utah; 21 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the American Fork 11th Ward, 268 S. Center. She was born July 19, 1976 in Huntington Beach, Calif., a daughter of Jay Lee and Ann Fox Hardman. She attended schools in Fresno. She enjoyed playing soccer. Survivors include her parents; three brothers, Ryan, Jeffrey and Matthew Hardman, all Elaine Crandall, Lehi; Don and Fern Fox, Salt Lake City; s, Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Holmstead, Lehi; Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Fox and Mrs. Virginia Clark, all of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Joy Crandall, Orem. Pierce will kick offa concert tour of the western states at American Fork Jr. High School Saturday, Jan. 14, at 7 p.m. Tickets for the concert will be $4 at the door and are also available at the American Fork Smithtix. In addition to Pierce, the concert will feature Virginia Osmond, Kristie Lott and Stephen Buhler. Pierce, 18, has recently released an album, "On My Knees," aimed at the Christian market, but Saturday's concert will mark his move toward a more popular sound. The American Fork concert will feature several of today's popu-lar tunes, as well as a few of his own.
