Show Dona N. Slater I i Elvin Heppe Molema Dona Kate Nielson Slater, 71, of Lehi, died Sunday, Jan. 10, 1988 at the American Fork Hospital. She was born Aug. 11, 1916 in Pleasant Grove, a daughter of Harry E. and Persha S. Durrant Nielson. She married James E. Slater, Oct. 8, 1934 in Provo. She was a homemaker and a member of the L.D.S. Church. Survivors include her husband of Lehi; two daughters: Mrs. Ray (Donell) Hallett, Kearns; Mrs. Ray (Renae) Wilcox, Lehi; Nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren ; brother and sisters: Harold W. Nielson, Mrs. Lowell (Bobbie Jean) Duvall, both of Pleasant Grove; and Mrs. Harold (Edith) Selig, American Fork. Jolley Elvin Heppe Molema, 87, Lehi, died Jan. 11, 11988 in the American jFork Hospital, j He was born April 6, 11900 in Oakland, Calif., the son of Henry and Lorena Swan Molema. He married Nettie Johnson, Oct. 21, 1939 in Reno, Nev. His family moved to San Francisco when he was four years old. After the fire and earthquake of 1906, they moved back to Oakland ,where he attended School. His family moved to Alaska when he was 16 pnd after several years "hey returned to the S(jBay area where he worked in the shipyards and for UTAH construction. con-struction. After his narriage, he and his Survivors include his wife of Lehi; two daughters: Gloria Lamb, Lehi; Edna Hallsey, Sandy; Nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Dorothea Davis, and an infant great-granddaughter. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Jan. 13, 1988 at 11:00 a.m. in the Wing Mortuary Chapel, Lehi, where friends may call one hour prior to services. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to charity of choice. family resided in Alameda, Calif, until 1948 when they moved to Lehi. They have spent their winters in Yuma, Ariz, and old Mexico. He was a member of the Masonic lodge of Provo and the Carpenters' Car-penters' Union. His hobbies were writing, gardening and hunting. Carol Deon Beck Jolley, 63, of Elberta, died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 1988 in Lehi of cancer. She was born June 11, 1924 in Eureka, to Earl Glen and Deon Mickel Beck. She married Kay V. Jolley June 21, 1945 in Lehi. He died April 27, 1969. The marriage was later solemnized in the Provo LDS Temple. She had served as church librarian, Relief Society president, in the Primary and Young Women's organization. She is survived by one son and three daughters: Lee E. Jolley, Elberta; Mrs. Martin (Deon) Fennell, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Bonnie Kay Clark, Lehi; Mrs. Cheryl Gee, American Fork; 14 grandchildren; two brothers and one sister: B.J. (Tobey) Beck, Los Angeles, Calif.; Treston H. Beck, San Diego, Calif.; Mrs. Maurine Gaines, Billings, Mont. She was preceded in death by a son, Dale Curtis Jolley. Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 9, in the Elberta LDS Ward Chapel. Burial was in the Goshen City Cemetery. Rachael P. He was serving on the local shade tree commission com-mission and was president of the Utah Association of Shade Tree Commissioners. He was an active member of the LDS Church, in which he served as a missionary to Texas, was presently serving as Sunday School president, had served as scoutmaster, High Priest's group leader and as a counselor coun-selor in the bishopric. He enjoyed and cared for his rose garden. He planted a rose garden at the Timpanogos Golf Course and the Pleasant Grove City Gardens. ' : I 1 Rachel Myrtle Greenland Feather-stone, Feather-stone, 118, of Lehi, loving mother and grandmother, grand-mother, died Monday, Jan, 4, 1 !)!, in the American Fork Care Center. She was born Jan. 18, 1899, in Schofield, the daughter of Charles Tapper and Rachel Elizabeth Potter Greenland. She married Mark Boley Feather-stone Feather-stone May 13, 1925 in Highland. . Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Oct. 17, 1958. She served in the Primary for 30 years, was assistant to the ward clerk in Highland, a Relief Society visiting teacher for several years and a temple worker. Survivors inclcude three sons and four daughters: Mark Stanley Featherstone, American Fork; Charles Thomas Featherstone, Tooele; Mrs. H. Dean (Mary Rae) Naylor, Malad postlude music, and the family prayer was spoken by Mark S. Featherstone. The invocation was given by Larry Covington. Carolyn Olenslager sang a vocal solo, "In The Garden," accompanied by Mary Barmum. Bishop Phelps spoke consoling words to those who'd convened for the service and the biographical sketch was by Mary Naylor. Speakers were Ivan Johnson and Karl L. Moore. A ladies chorus featuring the voices of Renita Revill, Connie Bellows, Mary Bar-mum, Bar-mum, Sharon Marshall and Betty Wade sang the hymn, "Love at Home." They were accompanied by Valerie Lorensen. The benediction was offered by Chris Colledge. Interment was in the American Fork Cemetery and the dedicatory prayer was given by Mark S. Featherstone. Valerie Lorensen played the prelude and Joseph F. Ollivier Joseph Foch Ollivier, 69, of Pleasant Grove, died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 1988 at his home. He was born July 10, 1918 in Filer, Idaho to Joseph Leon and Susan Alexander Ollivier. He married Opal Davis Aug. 10, 1949 in Coalville. He spent his early life ! in Wyoming and graduated from Lava Hot Springs High School. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked in the New Park Mine. In later years, he was self employed in farming, far-ming, hardware and construction. He was a member of the Masonic Story Lodge No. 4 and was a 32nd degree Mason. He is survived by his wife of Pleasant Grove; one son and three daughters: Joseph Ollivier, Provo; Jane Arlen Adamson, tsoya Adamson, Keith Brown, Leo Ault, Al Clow, Derek Ollivier, Tracy R. Swenson and Kurt Olson. Honorary pallbearers were Nate Olson, Ryan Ollivier, Ryan FickJin and Aaron Ollivier. The prelude and postlude were played by Judy West, The invocation in-vocation was by Dave Taylor. Jane Olson and Ann Swenson played a piano medley. The speaker was Lee Brown. Steve Walker, Ben West and Stan Warnick sang "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere." The life sketch was presented by Joe Ollivier and Dale West gave the benediction. The grave was dedicated by Doug Olson.
