Show Tickets for BYU's Ramses II exhibit go one sale September 9 Tickets for the Egyptian exhibit "Ramses II: The Pharaoh and His Time" will go on sale Monday, Sept. 9 at BYU's Marriott Center ticket office and at Datatix outlets throughout Utah. Orders will also be taken by phone and by mail. The exhibit of 72 ancient, priceless artifacts on loan from the Egyptian Museum in Cairo will run Oct. 25 through April 5 at BYU's Monte L. Bean Museum. Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 or children under 12, students (junior high, high school and college or university) senior citizens and groups of 20 or more. Visitors will be admitted to the museum only at the specific hour indicated on their tickets. Hours for the showing are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays Thur-sdays and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The exhibit will be closed on Sundays. Credit card holders wishing to order tickets by phone can call 801-378-5000. Those who want to order tickets by mail should watch for mail-in coupons in newspaper advertisements ad-vertisements or obtain a brochure at various campus or tourist locations. A handling fee of $1.50 will be added to each mail order. Hours for the Marriott Center ticket office at 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. |
