Yesteryear Recalled by Class of 1927 at 55th Reunion Held Last Week By EVAS. WEST West, slides of each of the class members taken from year books as well as slides of the old high school and gym and the new high school, other familiar land-marks, many mountain scenes and various groups and activities enjoyed during the high school years. Each member had written an original proverb which was then read by Emily Wright Tyler and Roy Olpin. These proved to be most interesting and filled with wisdom gained through the years. Earl Beck also brought several group pictures of musical activities and other events which everyone enjoyed. The deceased members were reverently remembered with several moments of silence and a tribute. Two wives of former teachers were guests of honor along with Earl Beck. They were Maude Richards and May Jensen. Their husbands were teachers to this group and were enjoyed so much. A brick from the old high school building which was torn down was used as a cen-terpiece with a placard drawn by Ken Beckstand, grandsom of Mae Hardman. It read, "Welcome, Class of '27." Replacing Emily Wright Tyler as class secretary is Mae W. Hardman, who was voted in unanimously by the group. The class decided to have another reunion in five years when they promised to all return for another most en-joyable r.
