Show i Funeral Rites for Rue A. Harper Set for Friday Funeral services for Rue A. Harper, 60, of Pleasant Grove, who died of a heart attack Tuesday, May 4 will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the Olpin , Family Mortuary, where . friends may call Thursday, 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday, 1 hour prior to. Rue A. Harper was born April 17. 1916 in Orem to Alfred and Emma Hooley Harper. He married Norma Bishop on Aug. 25, 1939 in Price. He was a maintenance supervisor at Tooele Army Depot and had received several awards for outstanding achievement on his job. He was a veteran of World War II in the Army Air Corps. He was a member of the LDS Church, living in the Pleasant Grove 9th, Ward. Survivors include his widow of Pleasant Grove; 3 sons and 1 daughter, Ronald Harper, American Fork; Gary Harper, Granger; Richard Harper, I Spanish Fork; and Mrs. Von (Annette) Johson, Lindon; 8 1 grandchildren; 2 brothers and 3 i sisters: Lynn Harper, Murray; Howard A. Harper, i Edgemont; Mrs. Harley (Thelma) Bloomquist, Salt 1 Lake City; Mrs. Helen Frand-i Frand-i sen, Orem and Mrs. Dee (Marie) Thrasher, American ' Fork. !
