That the Service District include also all of the area in the following municipalities subject to the consent of said municipalities as provided in a resolution or ordinance duly adopted by such governing authority of the municipality: Lehi Cedar Fort American Fork Lindon Pleasant Grove Orem Provo Springville Spanish Fork Payson Goshen Santaquin Salem Mapleton Genola Alpine With respect to the Utah County Solid Waste Special Service District described hereinabove, a tax sufficient to pay for services to provide garbage and solid waste disposal services to residents of Utah County on an extended exten-ded basis, will be annually levied upon all taxable property within said District or a service charge will be collected from the users of the services,, or a combination . of the property tax and service ser-vice charge will be used. Notice is hereby given to all persons interested that on the 10th day of December, 1976, at 10:00 a.m. a public hearing on the establishment of said Special Service District shall be held in the County Commission Chambers, Cham-bers, Room 311, County Building, Provo, Utah. This notice adopted pursuant pur-suant to Title 11-23-8, Utah Code Annotated, 1953 as amended this 12th day of November, 1976, and ordered published in the Daily Herald, a paper of general circulation in the County and other local newspapers in said District, three consecutive weeks. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Pleasant Grove Planning Plan-ning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, Dec. 2, 1976 at 7:30 p.m. in the city hall to review the following request: The request of Donald Long for approval of a multiple dwelling subdivision to be located at approximately ap-proximately 1000 North 500 West. Mr. Long plans to have 15 lots in the subdivision and requests that he be able to place duplex and 4-plex units on all these lots.
