Show Tax Talk Set for Provo Saturday Marvin Cooley will conduct an all-day seminar in Provo on Saturday, Oct. 16, on alleged illegal practices of the Internal Intern-al Revenue Service. He will explain ex-plain in detail why he thinks many of the practices of the IRS are illegal, arbitrary and dictatorial. The seminar will be held at the Holiday Inn, 1460 South University Un-iversity Avenue.
