| Show better homes club meets plan flower project better homes club no 2 of junction met at the home of mrs eva B swanson last saturday tn in their regular semimonthly semi monthly meeting the regular lessons on better english and home management were taken up then mrs rosa baxter was voted in as a full fledged member of the club and the applications of mrs lydia spencer and mrs emma crows were considered and it was decided to ask them to meet with us next time and they will then be accepted for membership ber ship owing to the fact that mrs swanson was in st paul minnesota at the time of a birthday party given in honor of hers and mrs florence E ricks birthday on december 30 the club members presented mrs swanson with a beautiful pillow the officers of the club met monday evening at the home of mrs lydia morrill and discussed plans for the balance of the fifteen meetings they also discussed individual projects and decided on a flower garden as their project they expect to meet with dr arvil stark when he comes in february and will discuss individual and group problems with him on gardens and landscaping |
