Show reform school problem faced ogden judges of the juvenile courts of the first to fifth judicial districts of the state have been sum to a meeting wednesday april 14 with the juvenile court commis slon allon the board of trustees and super In B E J milne of tho the utah state industrial school the meeting will be held at the school beginning at 1230 12 30 in the afternoon the purpose of the conference con terence which has been called by superintendent milne Is to consider some means whereby the ends of justice may be satisfied among juvenile delinquents without commitment to the industrial school in such large numbers the problem will be considered from both an econ and social standpoint milne points out that if the number of inmates at the institution continues to increase additional corn panics of boys bos must be formed and the girls department also must be increased this he shows cannot be done under the biennial budget of the school at present there here are II 11 boys and thirty three girls at tile the in ution |
