The cassette tapes are provided by the IRS and can be used in the library using our recorders or you can bring your own recorder. They contain step-bv-step guidelines for the preparation of IRS Forms 1040 A and 1040, as well as instructions for completing Schedules A and B, the two schedules most commonly used with the 1040. Taxpayers report itemized deductions and income from interest and dividends on these schedules. For further information on these tapes, you should contact the Park City Library, at 1354 Park Avenue or telephone at 649-8118. career planning Mountainland Association of Governments announced today personal and career planning workshops are now being conducted throughout Utah, Wasatch and Summit Counties as part of the CETA Program. Interested youth between the ages of 16-21 may apply at the CETA Service Center, 305 North 200 West, Provo, 377-7476. Youth in Summit and Wasatch Counties may apply at the Heberity Job Service, 81 South Main Street, Heber, 654-0360. Dr. Jack Jensen, director of the program, stated the workshops will emphasize career planning, job-seeking . skills, interpersonal relationships and the effective management of stress that a youth must deal with in today's society. At the conclusion of the workshop, youth will be referred for job placement possibilities. Eligible youth completing the workshop will receive a stipend of $75.00.
