Notice Resolution To Dissolve County Service Area No. 2 v The board of, County Com missioners of Summit County, Coun-ty, Utah, met in session at the meeting place of the Board in the County Bldg. in Coalville. Utah at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, the 14th day of Sept., 1982. There were present: Chairman - Bill Wallin, Commissioner - Gerald Ge-rald Young, and Commissioner Commis-sioner - Carl Ovard. There was also present Reed D. Pace, Summit County Clerk. After the minutes of the last meeting had been read and approved and the roll called with the above results, the following Resolution was introduced by Commissioner Gerald Young, and thereupon there-upon pursuant to Motion made by Commissioner Young and seconded by Commissioner Carl Ovard was adopted by the following vote: Aye: Wallin, Young and Ovard: Nay: none. The Resolution is as follows: fol-lows: RESOLUTION giving notice of the dissolution of Summit County Service Area No. 2. WHEREAS, upon its Motion Mot-ion and pursuant to 17-21-1 et. seq., Utah Code Annotated Annotat-ed 1953. as amended, the Board of Commissioners of Summit County is authorized to dissolve a Service Area, and WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the Board of County Commissioners of Summit County to dissolve Summit County Service Area No. 2 which petition seems to include the majority oi residents within Summil Countv Service Area No. 2, NOW, THEREFORE, Be ii Herby Resolved by the Boarc of County Commissioners o Summit County, Utah: Section 1. That .public health, convenience, and necessity require the dissolution dissolu-tion of Summit County Service Area No. 2 having the boundaries described as follows: All of Samak Park, Samak Acres, Samak Country Estates, Est-ates, Samak Hills and Samak Hills Addition according to the official plat thereof recorded in the office of the Summit County Recorder. Excepting therefrom Lot 236, Samak Country Estates. Section 2. Summit County Service Area No. 2 was established to provide culinary culi-nary water retail services. Section 3. The name of the Service Area in question was Summit County Service Area No. 2. A public hearing on the dissolution of Summit County Service Area No. 2 shall be held at 6 p.m. on Oct. 26, 1982, at the Summit County Commission Room, Summit County Courthouse, Coalville, Utah.
