Sherwin Baron, an industrial indus-trial electronics distributor for the past ten years took over the popular restaurant in August and has made important strides toward his goal of a high level of food 5 ' quality and service, Mr. Baron admits he has had little prior experience in the food service business but adds , ' I've always enjoyed cooking, entertaining and playing the role of a host. Ms. Moon is in charge of the waitresses, and all aspects of service once the food leaves the kitchen. Mr. Baron said that they ' have changed the menu somewhat to create more of a variety and that prices have , only gone up slightly. He , says they are striving to prepare all" their food fresh each day using only" the freshest natural ingredients. We want to gain a reputation of consistently good food and reliably fine service" said Mr. Baron, continuing that they also . plan to cater heavily to the local trade, 'in the-winter time, let's face it." he says, "everyone has all ; the business thev need.
