INN AWAITS FINANCING Final plans for the proposed pro-posed Holliday Inn to be located lo-cated near'the intersection of Park Avenue and Highway 248 East were reviewed by the Planning Commission at I their "working session" held last Wednesday. Although the four man Holliday Hol-liday Inn consortium consisting con-sisting of Rob Morris, Rick Prince, Paul DuganandDav-! DuganandDav-! id Gelzalder were still wait -j ing for finalization of a $3.4 i million, long term building J loan from Aetna Life and j Casualty Co., the Commis sion expressed their sincere approval of thejiinal plans. The Holliday Inn will comprise com-prise 176 units, six of which will be suites. The Commission Commis-sion felt that the plans indicated in-dicated r that the building would be very tastefully done making it an asset to the Park City community. The landscaping surrounding sur-rounding thd proposed hostelry host-elry will be rather extensive, utilizing a series of bluffs to provide an adequate buffer zone between the highway and the actual building site. Rob Morris, a spokesman for the group stated that building will commence as soon as Aetna approves the financing. Mr. Morris is confident that Aetna will approve ap-prove the loan sometime this week with ground-breaking to take place shortly thereafter. there-after. Mr. Morris declined to comment on the rumored possibility of the group taking tak-ing over several of Greater Park City Company's financially finan-cially troubled condominiums. |
