Show Mrs. Will Myers will entertain the G. 0. O. 0. elub Friday at lier home on Main Street. Mrs. U. R. Scott entertained in honor of Miss Dorothy Dixon who has been her guest for the ast v.eek. Cootie was played and prizes were won by Dorothy Dixon Dix-on and Thomas Yates, first; El-hie El-hie IJodmer and Towers Creasy, consolation. The play "The Trysling Place" was given Wednesday evening of last week by the If. I. A. at the ward house. The following young people made up the cast : Lola Carriiran, Willard Nichols, Blanche Reid, Nona Nerdin, Rodney Rod-ney Adams, ScoSt Nelson and Dee .Tollmen. The Fraternal Order of Eagles held a mother's day entertainment entertain-ment Monday evening at the Masonic Ma-sonic lLall. A very interesting program was held. The orchestra numbers were given by the Musical Musi-cal Minnerettes. Bert Hocking ;ave the address of . Welcome. A scriptural reading was given by Rev. Wal ter A. McClenegham. The address ad-dress of the evening, "F. O. E. and Mother's Day," was given by C, L. Countryman. The students of the Copperfield school enjoyed an outing at Liberty Lib-erty Park Tuesday. Mrs. James Denver and son visited friends in Salt Lake Tuesday. Tues-day. Mrs. Gordon Buckle returned Sunday after visiting in Salt Lake for two weeks. Members of the Ladies Civic elub will meet at the home of Mrs. James Nerdin tonight, and Mrs. V. C. Lyon will give a talk on "How the Profits of the Poppy Sale are, Spent." The entertainment en-tertainment will be in charge of Mrs. C. L. Countryman and Mrs. Edwin Johnston. Mrs. Wm. S. Dalton entertained the 11. 1L club Thursday afternoon after-noon of last week. Miss Audrey Taylor of Westminister West-minister College and Howard Bellows Bel-lows were dinner uests of Mrs. Bellows Sunday. The east of the M. I. A. play "in the Secret Places," will go to West Jordan Wednesday night to eomplee with the easts of other oth-er wards.
