This club also received re-ceived a letter from a girl Deborah Parker in Mosheim, Tennessee, asking the club's help in supplying rocks and minerals min-erals for science class. These friends are truly friends of 4-H. ChilCbaf By Bea Received a very nice letter from Mrs. Louis N. Bass of Fort Collins, Colo., a couple whom I became acquainted with on tour and as bottle collectors found we have a lot in common. They related some of their bottle trips with me that they went on this summer and also say there is a new ghost town guide by Lambert Florin that has a chapter about Park City. They were quite entranced by Park City and just couldn't absorb all they would like to in the short time they were here, but do hope to come back and , also keep in touch with stories of Park. The Daughters of Utah Pioneers Pio-neers held their regular meeting meet-ing Wednesday, November 8 at the home of MarcellStreet.The. lesson was early pioneer hotels and the Kimball Wayside Hotel was featured from this area. The next meeting will be a Christmas pot-luck party December Dec-ember 13 at the home of Captain Berneil Kummer. The Park City Pebble Pups 4-H club are getting a monthly bulletin from the Hastings, Michigan Club written by the members of the 4-H club there and who have been exchanging ideas and material with us for some ten years now. The paper is called The Zephry, the inspirational in-spirational nature bulletin presenting pre-senting action ideas for people to relate to the Creator and his handiwork through hobbies-crafts hobbies-crafts -tours -music-poetry-fellowship and worship through environmental understanding. The newsletter has ideas on games while exploring to recognize rec-ognize rocks and minerals by touch and sight, trail marking and nature arts and crafts using us-ing wood and rocks and whatever what-ever nature provides for these projects. It also gives each an opportunity to participate by telling others of their exper- |
