Show Park Principal on National Advisory Board Dr. Mark Simmons, principal prin-cipal of Park City High School recently went to Atlantic At-lantic City, N.J. to attend the National Association of Secondary School Principals. Prin-cipals. Dr. Simmons was nominated nomin-ated for a three-year term on the National Advisory Board for the Commitlee on Educational Technology. The purpose of the convention conven-tion was to discuss ways to make learning and teaching more exciting, through adding ad-ding and improving class curriculum. Dr. Simmons attended many meetings in which plans for using advanced teaching and learning devices de-vices in the future were discussed. dis-cussed. He also talked with other principals in the nation, na-tion, learning how otherhigh schools are set up, and the issues and problems that they encounter. While in Atlantic City, Dr. Simmons visited many historical his-torical and interesting sites, such as Constitutional Hall, the 17-mile-long boardwalk, Betsy Ross' home, quaint restaurants, and the beach. He also took a short trip to Philadelphia. After a very enjoyable and educational trip, he flew home witlihistravelingcom-panion, witlihistravelingcom-panion, Principal Ross Marshall, Mar-shall, from Coalville.
