Ryan are now in the shoe repair business. 50 YEARS AGO September 1921 The Summit County Fair set for Sept. 28, 29, 30 took up the whole front page of the Record to announce the program of events. Park City day at the Fair will be a holiday, an excursion train will be run to Coalville, over the Union Pacific tracks leaving leav-ing Park at 10:30 and leave Coalville Coal-ville after the grand ball. Miss Harper is the granddaughter of Mrs. Minnie Collins of Park City. Mrs. Violet Addy of Tacoma, Washington is in our city visiting visit-ing Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Addy and Mr. and Mrs. Don Peterson. Peter-son. Mrs. Addy has come to sell her home as they will make their home in the Northwest. She sees many changes in Park but the people arc the same good Park City people. The marriage of Miss Ellen Addy, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Addy to Richard De-Gooyer De-Gooyer took place at the Addy home. Bishop William Durrant solemnized the ceremony. Mrs. Irene Matheson attended her sister and Mr. Jean DeGooyer, brother of the groom, was best man. The barber shops of Lester Taylor and "Puss" Aubrey were broken into.
