A new restaurant opens that day Robber's Roost. Robber's Roost will feature lunch and dinner menus, with many meals costing between$2.50-$3.50. There will also be a small bar for beer. Dining room capacity is around 70, and bar capacity is about 20. Robber's Roost, according accord-ing to owner Terry Jannott, is a small outlaw town in southern Utah. "We intend to put up pictures of all the outlaws who hung out there, including Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. And, Clifford Clif-ford Funk is doing stain ed glass windows for us that we'll place in the ceiling. We are also going to try and put a canopy up outside." Jannott has been working in restaurants for 12 years. Originally from New York and most recently California Jannott spent four winters in Park City working at Car 19, the Sirloin Saloon, and Utah Coal and Lumber. The manager of Robber's Roost is Joe Botkin. Muldoons gives way to Robbers Roost |
