Show IN ORDER TO ASSURE the fullest possible enjoyment of its recreational facilities, it is the firm intention of Greater Park City Company that they shall not become over-crowded. In the fulfillment of this purpose, pur-pose, the Company may from time to time impose limitations B on the number of persons using nuny of its recreational facilities Bon a given day or may find it B necessary to make other re-Bstrictions re-Bstrictions on the use of such h facilities. B The Company is presently B developing plans to achieve such fl goals and is desirous of in-Hcluding in-Hcluding in said plans certain Bprivileges to 1x3 afforded present permanent residents of Park City and present owners of improved and developed property in Park City who indicate in-dicate a desire to obtain sucli privileges. SAID PLANS WILL include a priority for the use of such facilities by persons who own or iccupy property developed or sold by Greater Park City Company Com-pany or one of its subsidiaries, and by guests of Greater Park City Company. Present permanent residents and present owners of improved and developed property in Park City who desire such privileges must complete and file at the offices of the Company at the Park City Resort an information Bforin which will be available al f. r1 said offices by April 1,1973. B For those persons who pre-B fer, the necessary forms may be obtained and completed forms j may be filed by mail, addressed '. to Greater Park City Company, P.O. Box 39, Park City, UtaliF 84060, Attention, Mr. John! Strand. 1 THOSE PERSONS desiring i such privileges must complete and file such forms not later 1 than July 1, 1973. The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine at any time and from time to time the nature and extent ex-tent of the privileges, restrictions restric-tions and limitations which will be placed on the use of its facilities, as well as the priv-B ileges to be granted to present H residents or property owners inB Park City and reserves the right B to impose standards, rules and! regulations as a condition of theB right to use such privileges ahdB the right to cancel such pnv-1 ileges for failure to comply with B such standards, rules and ri'g-B illations. fl Further, Greaier Park Cityi Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, and for any reason whatsoever, .to cancel, terminate and rescind any or all privileges that it may grant from time to time. 3 .
