Show Ski Team Hires Top Manager The United States Ski Team National Training Center in Park City, Utah, has announced the hiring of Bill Dezell as Mountain Manager. Man-ager. Bill, now 30, is a long time Park City area resident currently living in Wanship, Utah. In making the announcement, announce-ment, Willy Schaeffler, Director Dir-ector of the Ski Team Center, Cen-ter, stated that "Bill will assume his duties in November, Novem-ber, coordinating final stages of our Poma Lift construction. con-struction. "During the ski season Bill will be in charge of hill preparation, lilt and equipment equip-ment use and maintenance, and race coordination. "Bill's ten years of experience exper-ience in similar activities with the Greater Park City Company are a real plus for the Training Center." Dezell is currently a National Na-tional Ski Patrolman and a certified avalanche control instructor. In accepting the position, Mr. Dezell stated that "... the challenge was too much to turn down. I'm anxious to help make the U.S. Ski Team National Training Center a competitor facility which is always, in best of possible competition conditions. "The Center will grow and improve in the comingyears to give the U.S. a great central cen-tral training location for development de-velopment of young skiers as well as being a home for the U.S. Ski Team." |
