E Peterson Post of the American Legion has organized a squad squad- squadron I ron of the Sons of the Legion with a membership of thirty All Al sons of or I Legionnaires L whatever their age are eligible These sons are the hope of the I Legions Legion's future The average age of the veteran of the World war Is s now 44 years and their activities will begin to slow down Soon they will no longer be beable beable beable able to step out with flashing bugle and andI rolling drum In spectacular patriotic I parades and In musical contests The Sons of the Legion are now preparing to toi toj i j step Into the Legionnaires places and andI carry carr on these spectacular exhibitions I Squadron No 14 will now begin to have ha weekly meetings and begin train train- ing The Tho first maneuver Is scheduled to take tako place at the base ball grounds under the supervision of or Legionnaire Neilson musician of ot the Salt Lake Drum Corps Saturday April 3rd at 3 p. p m. m All eligible members are urged to be present The chairman of the Legions Legion's committee for the sons Is James V.
