OCR Text	Show ELKS TO HOLD FLAG DAY FETE Local Antlers to Join in Observance Obser-vance at Liberty Park Sunday, June 10. Carrying out the spirit of flag dlay which has been officially proclaimed pro-claimed for tomorrow, FViday, June 14th, the Benevolent and protective order of Elks have arranged ar-ranged a program to be given at Liberty Park on Sunday, June 16 where a state-wide observance by the order will be conducted. The principal oration will be given by Judge James A. Howell of Ogden. In the program will be illustrations by Boy Scouts of various flags, their origin, uses and rules of usage of the flag, etc. A large number of Bingham Elks are expected to be in attendance.
