the park city consolidated mines company make much money tor for itself in 1932 it enabled the company to put more than one hundred thousand dollars into circulation at park city and elsewhere in the state A good deal of this money went to mine labor some to railway men some to power companies some to supply dealers and a considerable amount to smelter employed emp loyes on its own account the consolidated kept 40 to 60 50 men at work full time on a two shift basis from march to the end of the year the reopening opening re of the mine in march ended an eleven months suspension between march and december 1932 tons were mined this tonnage con contained ounces of gold or 0 of an ounce to the ton and ounces bunc a s of silver or ounces per ton gross smelter returns were there was a 0 deduction of tor for freight and miscellaneous charges and of tor for royalties which applied on the purchase of property leaving a net return of applicable to mining expense BACK FROM GOLD PROPERTY frank hanson alke oconnor OCon norand and eric joffs who have ban working at the marysvale Marys vale gold mining property arrived home last evening and are quite enthused over present conditions this marys vale and located between the annie laura and wedge gold properties the latter property uncovering gold ore running as high of 90 00 to the pound and both properties producing millions of wealth the marysvale Marys vale property Is almost un accessible access ible and that Is one reason n why it has proved difficult to get men man to develop same mr hansen thinks it is going to prove one of the biggest gold milling propositions in the state and Is certain of making it a big paying proposition for the park city company the men are and provisions the company win will hold a meeting tonight
